By Saturday evening my room was flooded all my and my family belongings where soaked wet.
I was relocated to rooms with No functioning AC. I was charged extra 1500 for the rooms I was relocated to. Than I was asked to pay 5000 or to have to relocate for the 3rd. Time in my 5 day stay. "Nice view of Oaxaca, very clean Hotel including rooms, staff were amazing.
Only downside if you order DiDi it will take more time than usual to arrive also ordering a Taxi was a challenge as the hotel is not located near Oaxaca main square.
Besides that the Hotel is beautiful I would recommend staying."
