“The hotel was unawaee of our reservation although we were lucky to have found accommodation available. Despite this, we were checked in with ease. The meals were very good . Power outages disorganised our stay and comfort.”

“The atmosphere was not very service oriented. In front of our room door were dirty dishes on the floor before we arrived, which stayed there more than three days! The swimming pool was OK but was not included. The room was clean and OK except that there was no mosquito net, but only fly screens at the windows. In the night it was loud because of the nearby highway. After a shower the parking area became very muddy.”

“The stay at Excelsis was excellent. The staff were so accommodating and eager to make the stay comfortable. The food was good, I recommend their chicken fried rice. Breakfast was well prepared as I ordered off the menu, the Spanish omelette was magnificent. All in all a great first stay. Keep up the great work. ”
