“Our room was nice and clean. We got to the location early, like all the other customers and of course our rooms weren't ready. There was no receptionist, the housekeeper had to stop what she was doing and check us in, and there was no restroom, so we had to walk 1/2 mile to a grocery store to use the restroom.
