“Given the tiny nature of this rural town, this place is really not bad. It is an older hotel but you can tell regular maintenance & cleaning is attempted, at least. We had a huge room with a jetted tub which was fine. The bed was comfortable but pillows quite lumpy. The jetted tub was a on the older side and a little jankily set up. It also felt quite damp in the room which made me avoid sitting on the upholstered furniture. All things considered, a safe and sufficient place to lay your head in...

“We are travelling with our pet dog, and Monument Inn and Suites has pet friendly rooms. The room was a suite with a little kitchenette. Everything was clean and roomy. I ate a delicious breakfast of scrambled eggs with cheese and salsa. There was a park near the property where we could walk our good boy. Bonus: the Scott's Bluff Monument was about a 5 minute drive away. Grocery store in walking distance.”

“The staff were great. So sweet! My complaint would be that the double room we stayed in had a strong smell of an unwashed older man. I did not did. The bed’s comfortable and we all were tossing throughout the night. I know that the smaller rooms are cozy and there is not a smell so I was a little surprised by that in the larger rooms.”

“There was no thermostat no washcloths, no hand towels and no bath towels. Very cold and no heat. No light bulbs and the vents had lint as though the filters had not been changed. This stay was a disaster”

“Had a couple of Laundry areas, had vending machine but was broken at the time of my stay . Continental breakfast was antiquet, Room was clean and hotel was quiet.”
