The room was clean. Staff was helpful. Restaurant service is a bit slow for ala carte food, could be faster. Breakfast menu had excellent spread of south indian food. Overall very enjoyable during this time, when it is neither hot nor cold.

After a small hiccup at check-in, the rest of the time there was excellent! The room was very clean, the staff were lovely but the thing I appreciated the most was how the transport organised by the hotel was totally transparent.
