Outstanding luxury accommodation, first class. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, restaurants have fantastic food options, 2 huge pools, close to the beach and a short walk to other restaurants and Icon shopping centre

Privacy in a large 400m2 green walled garden villa with pool.
Quiet. The twice daily room clean conducted whilst you were dining was above and beyond many very expensive properties we have stayed in. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
Restaurant was good with an Indonesian menu.
This property is away from the beach area and restaurants but they do provide transport free of charge to get you there and back.
For a restful experience we highly recommend it.

Hotel very quiet in January. Staff AMAZING. Pemuteran a must visit especially the natuinal park to the west. Diving was great at the island.
