“I been traveling across Israel with my family and stayed in many hotel and this hotel is by far taking the crown in regards to customer service.
The front desk manager has a Ritz Carleton mentality where he goes above and beyond to please his guests.

“Great value for price. When the hotel is full, the pool is quite crowded and it is tricky to get a chair. Also, phone conversations on speaker should be permitted. The meat restaurant was excellent. The halavi one needs improvement.”
“Great hotel! It’s dated a little but it’s still really nice. Amazing buffet, pool, beach and we could actually find chairs at the pool. Awesome service but beware…. No parking on property. You’ll have to find parking around the area”
“Very special place, hard to describe its natural beauty and uniquely charming atmosphere. Wonderful owners with great artistic tastes and accomplishments, love of nature, and appreciation of the majestic serenity of the surrounding desert, coupled with excellent and comfortable room and culinary amenities. The staff are full of smiles and smart guidance, service is prompt and efficient. Breakfast is sumptuous without excess, kitchen and eating areas accessible at all times, and there’s an honor...
“The staff were excellent! The room was very clean. There was lots of light coming through the window. The view was nice as well. There is a nice pool, sauna, and gym in the hotel. Breakfast was nice. The hotel is walking distance to a mall, shopping center, restaurants, grocery stores, a vegetable market, and the bus station. I highly recommend this hotel. ”
