"Let’s start with positive - staff was very kind and helpful! Everyone was very nice. But there was nothing special about this hotel. The rooms are average. The lobby is so small. We paid $200 for one night, no refrigerator in the room, the bathroom is super small, the water was never hot in the shower ,max was a body temperature level. The room was small. The heater was soooo loud we couldn’t sleep and had to turn it off for the night. The worst was the parking situation. If you park in the garage that the hotel suggests -you can’t get in and out, you have to pay each time. Not good. To find a street parking was impossible. The front desk lady helped us finding a good option, although you have to walk 2-3 blocks back to the hotel. I’m not sure why the reviews are so high, maybe the location? Anyways, there are better options in Boston. "

"This hotel was amazing! Right in the middle of Boston without the prices of downtown. We went wth our family and got a multiple-bed room. It was exactly what we needed. Everyone had their own space. I was apprehensive about the shared washrooms as I have 2 kids travelling with us. The shared washrooms and showers were always immaculately clean and well-stocked. We never had to wait."
