We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, and the staff who checked us in and out were incredibly kind and welcoming. The location was perfect—we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, which made our trip so convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

I usually book a hotel with included breakfast for the convenience, and typically they are okay. Hotel Riu’s FABULOUS. They greet you and check you in, then a host will direct you to a table. The food selection is FANTASTIC and DELICIOUS. Never had it before where I was looking forward to breakfast the next day (as soon as noon the day before). My wife and I skipped lunch both days as we were full from breakfast. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and clean.
We travel to Chicago about twice a year for a few days each time, I always stay in the same general area and have had many nice stays at many different hotels. That has all changed going forward. We are 100% in on hotel Riu going forward.
