"Had an amazing time while visiting the Czech Republic from the U.S. The Grandezza was great and the staff were amazing. Front desk gave me great recomendations for places to shop and eat. And the location was perfect to see all of the sights in Brno. A quick walk from the bus or train station. Live music right out front in the square, great cafes and restaurants all around. And the breakfast buffet was great as well."

"Arrived around 11pm, they was no staff member on site but the have a very clear telephone number on the door and the staff member helped straight away over the phone. "Overall, it's a great hotel perfect location, walking distance from everywhere. The rooms were very clean but the room had very strong cleaning soap smell. Regarding the staff well some of them were nice and helpful and some were just the opposite, trying to help as little as they can. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. There are plenty of places nearby to enjoy Brno amazing atmosphere."
