"Lovely spot, only a minute walk from the station. Beatiful view of the snowy town, above a bakery and only 5mins from the shops. Room was lovely and roomey for two friends on a serendipitous 1 night adventure. Great heating and fancy tap which gives you hot water, mineral water, sparkling water and mild sparkling water! Also the check in was really cool and simple. Will definitely stay here again"

Check in was easy with the key box and the staff was very welcoming. The breakfast was good but more expensive than anticipated. We didn’t realize it was not included in our reservation. "It is situated in tranquil village around the old monastery. Check in, Restaurant and Bar are in main Hotel Kloster Haydau in approx. 100m distance from The Old Post Station. Private parking in Poststation private yards normally possible. Very friendly staff. This was my second night spent here, first was Year ago. Price performance ratio is splendid, and only some 30kms away from Autobahns, You can have nice and peaceful stay in rural area. I'll definitely reserve a room again."

"Very nice boutique hotel! Room was comfortable with a good view and the breakfast was great. My only suggestion to make things better is with the signage. Coming with heavy luggage for my month long trip I did not see any signage to take an elevator to the lobby and thus had to haul my heavy luggage up very many stairs. This is fine since I am young and healthy, but probably not great for the elderly and disabled."

"The hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly and bilingual. Room was very large and had a massive window over looking the city. No AC in the hotel but the large windows open and the cool night air was enough to cool off the bedroom at night. Would definitely stay again. The town was magnificent."
