Was an excellent suite. Two full bathrooms (master with tub and hallway with shower). Huge balcony with large table and fantastic view. Breakfast buffet was basic stuff (less than the extensive ones found at the more popular properties which costs more). Pool was closed due to fall p/winter.

The breakfasts were varied and plentiful. The pool was clean. Lots of beach chairs. Nice ocean breeze at the pool. Our suite was clean. The beds were comfortable The porch is large with lounge chairs and large table and chairs. Gorgeous sunsets from the porch The staff was friendly and helpful I would advise the hotel to replace the metal coffee table. It is pretty but too low. We kept bumping into the corners The tayelet, walking path near the ocean has been upgraded by the city. Nice restaurant ambience with outside seating. Pizza shop, burger and steak house, ice cream shop, nice dairy restaurant, even a shop to buy cookies, soda, sunscreen etc Good place to stay. Parking garage too

You removed the balcony lounge chairs. The door to the balcony was broken when we checked in. The staff took a picture but nobody fixed it. We couldn’t take fully advantage of the balcony. This is our 5-6 visit. We were loyal customers but I don’t think I want to return. The restaurants underneath closed and your hotel had only an option to eat lunch at the bar. I am gluten and dairy free with an allergy to paprika. I starved at your hotel. We wasted 400nis eating out one dinner in your dining room. The cook told me he put paprika on all the entrees and hit dishes. So I starved. This was not a good vacation. Your quality has gone down. We have been visiting for 13 years. The food used to be plentiful and good

Loved the Staff. They were very nice and accommodating and supportive considering the war that started with Iran. Breakfast was good with many options to choose from. Pool area was nice to have, and the pool snack area was nice. The beach was completely closed off because the breakwaters were being constructed. Would have been nice if they had tour availabilities within the hotel. Dinner was only twice a week. Laundry service was not available. Rooms were pretty clean but needed attention when I checked in. Would definitely stay again! Oren and Alina were absolutely helpful with any needs I had and very nice!
