We had a disappointing stay in this otherwise beautifully remodeled apartment. The apartment itself was lovely, and we appreciated the remodeling. However, the heat was unbearable, and the lack of air conditioning made it almost uninhabitable. Additionally, the stairs leading up to the third floor are extremely steep, making it a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. These significant drawbacks outweighed the apartment's positive aspects, and we would not stay here again."

"The apartment was roomy, comfortable, modern and supplied with ample kitchen utensils. Good location.
Parking limited.
No concierge; non-contact registering leaves you without anyone to offer immediate assistance. Malfunctioning RFID (electronic) keypad locked us out of our apartment on our last night and left us sleeping on the hallway floor with no bathroom facilities available; calls to SEEGER emergency assistance proved useless. Expedia was of no help. Wouldn't risk a repeat."

"Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite.
Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well."
