"Clean spacious room, driving up the mountain to get there at night (was also really foggy) was a little precarious. We arrived late evening so the restaurant was no longer open and there is no place close by to get snacks or anything. Had drinks in the bar area which were really good but having a pizza oven or something to heat up or make some appetizers would have really made it better. Staff were very friendly"

"Lovely quiet, rural area. Fabulous forestry, rocky outcrops, scenery so green. Great for walking, cycling, exploring this part of northern Bavaria. Even though rural roads, superb, easy from A to B. Staff lovely in the hotel. Spoke good English for restricted German speakers. Comfort Room spacious and clean. Little terrace with outside seating. Great views. "Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wird nur durch viele Einschränkungen erreicht. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, keine Extras wie Wasser oder Safe. Es gibt keinen regelmäßigen Zimmerservice. Die Rezeptionsdame geht schon 19.30 Uhr statt 20 Uhr. Die Treppen sind abgenutzt und schmutzig. Die Kinder rennen lärmend durch den Speisesaal. Das Essen wird nicht nachgefüllt. Beim Frühstück jeden Tag Rührei aus Eipulver, wenig Obst, 4 Apfelsinen für 100 Gäste. In der Sauna zu wenig Liegen. Das Tauchbecken ist...
