"It looks like the business is starting from scratch with this econcierge thing. I think they need experience to find the correct balance. I was there for two days, the only rubbish bin in my room was a very small one in the bathroom. It may work for one night stay but if someone stay few days they may fill up the room with rubbish. Experience should put these new business niggles right."

"We stayed in the Rhubarb room and lived the complete kitchen with a huge wet bar! Also having a coffee table and comfortable chairs/sofa was nice. Plenty of beds (5) for most families. The check in process was slightly confusing. Read the email carefully. The entry door was tough to find but it is right by the Restaurant du Banneret. The location was perfect, right by the Chateau. "This hotel is in a great location in central Marly close to Fribourg. It's a simple bus ride into Fribourg, where there is lots to see and do. The room is not air-conditioned, but not many places in Switzerland are. The hotel downstairs is spotless and delicious, and the staff are all very friendly. I'd recommend this hotel for travelers who want to see Fribourg but get a taste of Swiss village life---great point from which to bike around the countryside as well!"
