It’s a little outside of Lucerne, so be prepared to have a car specifically for this location. Transportation isn’t nearby or walkable and the Ubers are expensive! Other than that, it was awesome to have free breakfast and a bunch of dining options so close by on the shared property. The room and bathroom were large and clean!

Handy hotel directly on the motorway with plenty of parking & large rooms. Well maintained & clean with nice bathroom. Burger king & self service buffet restaurant on site. We are a family of 5 (with teens) and we stayed in the Holiday Inn Express for our stopover on the way to Italy. The hotel was super clean, modern and an easy location for the motorways. It did have food avail for lunch/dinner but we didn't have it so can't comment on the quality of it but did have the continental breakfast which was very good. We would have no hesitation rebooking.

Liked - Ice machine, polite staff, good central location. Disliked - Room and bathroom too hot in summer, no option for second fan. Housekeeping left door to room wide open for hours with our stuff in the room. Shower wouldnt drain, had tobhave maintenance plung it. Overall - it was ok, but would not stay at again.
