Not to repeat

No one in reception could explain how to get from airport to hotel; Bad food and always the same; Hot days and waterless pool; Very far from everything.

Otel hak

Otelden memnun kalmadık biz Bala'yı çifti olarak geldik otelin hiç bir alternatif seçenekleri yoktu. Otel soğuk oda soğuk yemekler soğuk. Birtek personel cok güleryüzluydu diyebiliriz ama genel anlamda hiç memnun kalmadık otelden birdaha kaymaklı mı asla

Don't even think about it!

They announce this hotel as a 5 star, in reality seems more like 2 star at the most! Staff barely speak english and when I showed them the reservation they didn't recognize it, not even the staff from the reservation company were able to contact them! I had to dial from my cell phone and then pass my phone to reception, spend a lot in roamimg charges! Their help through the phone is minimal and people are rude, a huge waste of money!
