Cant say enough about this property and the staff, I was on crutches for my stay and everyone was so helpful, they helped me with all my activity bookings, catered to my needs with my leg, breakfast included was amazing. Absolute value for money.

Our thanks go to all the staff and especially Mehmet who was very customer focused, friendly with lots of advice, suggestions with places to visit and general information about Cappadocia. It was excellent! We came with friends on motobicycles. The parking has smooth ground what is very convinient for moto parking. Staff was very hospitable and service was on the best level. Baloon tour and city tour was organized in advance on the best price. Staff was userful in any our request. They organized wonderful dinner. They have very good vine offer in the bar. The room itself was really great and clean. Very antic design but with all modern comfort. I highly recommend this hotel

Amazing Service and Great Location

We had an amazing stay at the Maccan Cave Hotel! The staff and service were phenomenal and went above and beyond to make us feel at home, particularly Ali and Mert. The room was very clean, comfortable and cosy. The airport transfer to and from Kayseri was organised by the hotel and they have a good laundry service too. The breakfast was really great and we are now addicted to Turkish tea! There are plenty of opportunities to take some tea to the roof terrace and enjoy the amazing views and great weather. For me, the highlight of this property is the stunning panoramic views from the roof terrace. Located at a very high point in Göreme, the hot air balloon views at sunrise were truly unforgettable and everything you could hope for. We would definitely stay here again! Do not hesitate to stay here during your visit to Cappadocia!

Superb cave hotel

Superb hotel with the cave rooms under the street (no worries, we didn't hear a thing). The room had great furnishings and was well appointed. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet is delicious with a great view of thew balloons taking off. They serve wine and beer but no dinner. The fancy Seten restaurant is within walking distance. Word of advice: do not drive to the hotel, especially at 5 PM. While they have adequate street parking, the alley is very narrow, very steep and the drivers are very aggressive. It would have been better to park your rentacar in the "flats" and take a taxi to the hotel! No elevator, if that's important to you.

Cozy cave hotel

Very nice small hotel. Our room and bathroom were large and comfortable. The breakfast is huge and served in a pretty room overlooking the valley. They also have a great photo-worthy rooftop terrace for taking pictures of the balloons. The staff was very nice. Because it is up the hill there are great views but you do have to walk up and down to get to the main street. Good wifi the whole time.

Great hotel, i would stay again. The first night was a good room, for the second night a i was moved to a different which bed was not comfortable. It was a cheap matress, but the view is awesome, you can actually see the balloom show from the great terrace they have. I would stay at this hotel again, service is excellent.
