It was amazing . The hotel was beautiful, clean . I loved the decoration of the rooms and the environment. The breakfast buffet was amazing and has many delicious Turkish dishes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I walked around the area where there are many shops and restaurants. It was an exceptional experience. The only thing I don’t like was the room has no fridge The roof was a great place to see the balloons all the day .

Great hotel, great location, beautiful building

This hotel is in very good location. Few minutes walk to Goreme city center. The hotel buildings are beautiful. The room is good, bed is comfortable. Shower is strong. Front desk people are very helpful. They book all tours, airport transfer for me. The breakfast is OK. Can see some baloons in the morning from terrace. No safe box in the room.

Herşey çok güzeldi. Yaşadığımız tek sorun partili arkadaşlarımızın ortak kullanım alanı olan restaurant bölümünde de özgür şekilde olmalarıydı. Bu konuya dikkat edilebilir. İl yada ilçeyi tekrar eden ziyaretimde yine tercih edeceğim.

Çalışanların ilgi alakası çok iyi, oda konforu yatak konforu gayet iyi rahat ediyorsunuz. Mağara oda olmasından dolayı tavanlardan ufak kum dökülmeleri olabiliyor oda normal diğer otellerdede aynı durum var. Kahvaltısı taze ve sıcak yeterli geliyor. Oda sıcaklığı klima çalışması çok iyiydi. Genel olarak biraz daha bakım yapılmış olsa otele çevredeki en güzel otel olabilir
