came in town for a wedding, bridesmaids were coming to do their hair at my rental, walked in dirty linens, not changed or cleaned, bed unmade, dirty floor and dirty towels. I had to clean the apartment the first part of my trip. ended up having to go to alternate location. nice place and apartment and amenities. very disappointed in the cleaning aspect.

This place is amazing and i highly recommend it. Its in a gated community, very easy to find and the property and surrounding area is very well maintained. Lots of beautiful trees, walking paths and ample lighting. The pool is amazing. We spent all day in it. The people are friendly. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and spacious!

It was overall a very enjoyable trip. The location was convenient for us to travel to. The place was well cleaned and had all the essentials we needed. Only problem was with the WiFi. No one ever came out to fix the rooms WiFi but the support team hooked us up with a substitute network. Very good would recommend.

Amazing place

I was extremely surprised with how nice this apartment was. Decoration was great, very nicely furniture (beds where great), the kitchen with everything you need to prepared a meal, baths very clean, and the place was huge. I didn't know what to expect being the first time I rented an apartment, when I walked in the first night my jaw dropped. I will definitely stay again at this place next time I visit the San Antonio/Austin area. I am already recommending it to people who ask me how was my trip
