“We checked in for 6 nights as we needed to be in the area for medical treatment. We were a family with a 10 week old baby and my mother who is in her 60's. We arrived and the apartment was disgusting it was so filthy it hadn't been cleaned the cooker, floors, sink, bathrooms worst of all the bed linens were covered in what I thought was urine but I husband said it was more likely from people having sexual intercourse than urine. It took time to get the problem resolved and then it still...
