“The property is a small block of 7 ensuite rooms with tv, tea-making and a small table n chairs. There is also a comfortable shared common lounge and basic kitchen available to use. It is located close to the base hospital and a rehabilitation (stroke, amputation etc) unit. The idea of this property is for families or patients to have affordable accommodation nearby the centres of healthcare. The same organisation also operates 2 much larger accommodation properties nearby.”

“location excellent in mid town close to everything. Parking although some off street parking not a lot of parks but could park out front motel street. Heating cooling excellent even on a cold day. Was situated in busy street but in my room surprisingly very little traffic noise or noise from others staying. Great value for price. but no shampoo or conditioner provided. I had a double bed/room to myself which was great. nice white bed linen room recently renovated-new carpet etc but some paint...

“Whilst the room was a little dusty in spots, the beds were clean and very comfortable. It was nicely renovated and the breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, toast) was much appreciated. We also had the chicken schnitzel for dinner and it was fabulous, especially with the 10% discount.”

“Toilet had no toilet paper , my Mrs had to use hand paper towels . The stairs and wall way stunk off like damp wet dirty smell . It was cheap but I guess I got what I payed for $88 a night . Only stayed a few hours and went to another accommodation near by”

“For accommodation behind a pub it was very quiet. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. There was enough space for me to prepare my dinner and breakfast. Definitely recommend this accommodation.”

“Parking super convenient, right infront of our room and very lovely staff! The spa bath in our room was my favourite, we also enjoyed the on site resturant and easy walk to the Hunter Valley shops and gardens next door. Would highly recommend”
