Clean room, staff was exceptional and pool/waterslide was awesome! Only small complaint is they need stronger wi-fi that covers all rooms (we were on end of hall and constantly cut in and out).

no late check out after arriving two hours late and then changing our room at last minute. hotel is a bit crowded because there is a slide in the pool area. Guess the kids love it. I will say that I didn't hear the little dogs barking on the floor our room was on. So the rooms tend to be insulated very well blocking hallway noise. Other then that when someone's showering, you can hear it clearly. things had dust in the rooms some cleaning is over looked.

Comfortable hotel, bed was great, pillows could have been more firm. Great location, felt safe. Property was clean, room was clean and very nice size. Breakfast in the morning was very good with multiple options.
