"Comfortable Stay with Great Service and Amenities! I had a great experience staying at the MCM Eleganté Hotel & Suites in Lubbock. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The staff were welcoming and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The lobby and common areas were clean, stylish, and inviting. My room was spacious and very comfortable. It included all the essentials—strong A/C, free WiFi, a cozy bed, microwave, mini-fridge, and a coffee maker. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with quality toiletries. Everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast—it was far better than what most hotels offer, with plenty of hot and cold options. I also appreciated having access to a fitness center and indoor pool, which made my stay more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is convenient for getting around Lubbock, and I always felt safe on the property. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, MCM Eleganté offers a great combination of comfort, cleanliness, and value.
