Room was fine, our quick stay that could have turned into a nightmare thanks to online booking site that didnt really match details correctly. ( not direct booking thru quest ) at reception Arthur checked availability and after a moment sorted a solution for us.. he was super helpful, informative with parking and bus for light festival bus etc.. was a massive relief after realizing our predicament.. This was my first visit to this hotel. The reception was clean and compact which disguised the spaciousness of the corridors and rooms in the accommodation areas. My room was large, nice kitchen, modern bathroom, plenty of room to spread out my luggage and working equipment. I did not use the entertainment system but it looked very modern. The room air con was great and the location in downtown was very handy for walking to the many restaurants and shops nearby.

Accom was great, central, quiet and clean. Did have an issue getting back into the property after going out for a meal and had to stand outside for approx 15mins waiting to be let back in. The intercom help was very very slow and I was grateful to have someone else with me as standing outside the hotel for that amount of time in the dark alone would have been frightening.
