No refrigerator in the room, TV never worked , call service and never arrived. The luggage storage have fee, most places are complementary. But have a great space in the room and bathroom. Very clean and nice bed. The location also is good.

NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
I will be going back the hotel. rooms are clean but dated but the water pressure was the best!!! The best shower taken at a hotel. This hotel is in a great area close to many things fun todo. Worth the money and Monhammed checked us in and he was great.
