Great friendly staff and ideal location for exploring NYC. Air con worked very well and bathroom was very spacious. We were disappointed that the room was only made on 3 out of the 5 days we stayed. There is a fair bit of noise from the street but that is to be expected in one of NYCs busiest areas and it did not stop us from sleeping as eventually quiets down late at night.

The room was small and dated. The wallpaper was peeling off in many areas and the curtains were visibly dingy. An elevator stopped working a full day while we were there, which is unacceptable considering there are 35 floors. The elevators have long times because there are very small and slow, yet people will try to squeeze in as much as possible… At least the beds were comfy and no bed bugs.

Great staff! Always so nice and happy to help. The rooms were clean and the location was amazing. Also loved that we were able to stored our luggage because we had a late fly. Only thing I did not like was the entrance. There was always water running and it felt sometimes a little unsafe because there were people loitering that were not hotel guests. Yet, I would have loved to have a microwave in our room. However, it is nice overall and would recommend.
