I had a terrible experience at Royal Hotel Bronx. I checked in early on October 11, 2025, and later that night, I discovered that my belongings were stolen from my room while I was away. When I reported it to the night receptionist, he acted as if he didn’t know anything. I asked him go borrow me a phone charger Surprisingly, he gave me my own phone charger, after i comfort him and tell him that was my charger where did he found and where was my rest of my staff he claiming he “found it on the table.”
The police were called next day Morming and receptionist confirmed to ghe POLICE that housekeeper Mistake throw on the trash. How can hou throw out New cloth which has a lebel witnout conta ting receptionist. Later receptionist told police that the hotel agreed to reimburse me once the manager arrived, but the manager never showed up. I had to leave without any help or apology. This hotel is unsafe and unprofessional — I would not recommend it to ANYONE
