“We cannot say enough good things about this place! We stayed there for one night before our cruise and one night after our cruise. The staff was super nice and accommodating, stored our luggage so we could explore the town. The restaurant was delicious and the rooms were spacious and clean. Taxis and Ubers are readily available and fThe hotel itself was walking distance to great restaurants and shopping and tours… we will not stay anywhere else when we return!”

“Stayed for a few days whilst helping child move from one uni accom to another. Hottest weekend of the year and really happy that apartment (superior 2 bed) had climate control. Made for a really welcome respite from heat of the day. Very well equipped kitchen. Towels provided of a very decent size. Beds on the soft side for our taste. Would say bring an eye mask as bedroom blinds are not blackout! Some hooks on back of shower room doors would be handy. Exceptionally clean! Would stay again.”

“property just down rd from the hard. Hard to find without prior knowledge. Entry was difficult becuase the entry system at first took a lot of doing. It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. Phone conversation was not good at all. Frequently breaking down when asking questions. No instructions at all in apt to get started. No hot water...

“The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers.”

“No ventilation, the apartment has no WINDOWS, accept for 2 roof lights which were too high to reach. The property was booked for 3 people, I rang and confirmed but regardless there was no linen or pillows for the 3rd person.”
