"Great for an overnight stay to explore Ossining, Sleepy Hollow or Tarrytown. I stayed in Putnam in room 214 and I must say, for $187, the room was quite large. Ample outlets, lighting, a nice-sized bathroom, wall mirror and a view of the gardens.
What I didn't like was that we were instructed to park in Lot 4, which has only about 15 spots, so when we returned later that evening, we had to park in Lot 1, which was not so much long of a walk as it was out of the way from where our room was.
We didn't get a chance to enjoy cocktails at Goosefeather, because of a private event. For such an expansive property, I was surprised at the small size of the lobby, which IMO was very reminiscent of like a Holiday Inn or Hilton. Bonus was a microwave in the lobby and a complimentary bottle of water in the room.
I was also a bit annoyed at the instructions the employee gave to get to our room. She didn't ask if we had suitcases, which we could have left in the lobby and retrieved after our parking.
Instead, not only did she rush the instructions with a map, but she could have simply gave us much clearer instructions to our section of the hotel.
Would I stay there again. Most likely not."
"I booked a 2 queen size bed room. The room was clean and spacious. My biggest issue was the shower. The faucet was broken and caused shower to have lower pressure. I was still able to shower, but it was inconvenient. The shower needs a repair. The staff were nice and made checking in quick and easy."
"We loved our stay! Perfect place to relax before surgery. We went for a swim and made happy memories around a stressful time. Staff was beyond accommodating and friendly! Definitely will stay again!"

"My room was clean. The bed was comfortable.
The breakfast was ok one day, but the next day the sausage was way over cooked. The breakfast hours are very short. From 6:30-9:00. That's not even 3 hours. I guess their trying to save money. The staff were fake nice. You could tell it was forced. But all in all it's a nice hotel."
"I went to this hotel I am surprised the way they cleaned it the room first of all when you open the door the smell was bad laying I the bed the pillow smells like a dog sheets was smelling as if the dogs was sleeping on the bed no towels for sink or floors I don’t know how they cleaned this place an it has bugs please improve your place whom ever is the owner look over your cleaning staff they walk around running there mouth too much thank you"
