We loved swimming pool, sauna & steam room. Comfy bed and pillows! Rooms little dated, overall great value for money! Pleasant staff. Would definitely stay here again.

The website states that that hotel is 7 minutes walk from Newbury showground and this was one of the selling points, but the only safe walking route is 45 plus minutes. I was also charged twice for one of the days parking.

Quiet. Good response to a minor glitch.
Arrived at 2am from Gatwick, which was expected.The hotel was extremely quiet and we slept well. Unfortunately the night porter had told us that breakfast would be available until 10.30am, which is the case at the weekend but not on weekdays. When we arrived for breakfast at 10am the staff could not have been more helpful and offered to cook us fresh bacon rolls.
