"Stayed 2 nights. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Ate there 2 nights and food was great. Free on site parking, lovely lounge to sit in, games room and small pool. Would love to stay here again."

"Lovely accommodation, well presented, . Agree with a comment I have seen - hooks for bathroom / towels would be useful. Lovely spot, right by the river, walking distance ( fairly level)to Windermere Lake and boats etc. Eating places also within walking distance, plenty others short drive away( Anglers Arms, Masons Arms). "You can’t hear noise from the bar which is great. Depending on which room you have (we’ve stayed twice) you can hear through the walls - we could hear cleaners in the morning. The manager kindly sent on lost property which we were grateful for. "
