The 2 that were in the check in were fantastic and I was shown how to get to my room with a code and was also give a key code too, it’s close to restaurants and pubs, the room was lovely and clean and I hope to stay again soon!

Value for money

The room was spacious and looked like just renovated. The bed was so comfortable and there was possibility to get thinner pillows if needed. I could not hear any noise from the other room which was so nice. The hotel was just few blocks away from city center. Everything is were close to the hotel.

Good location close to shops, eateries and light rail, apartment was modern with nice interior, secure parking at rear of building, only downside was dishwasher not working in my apartment and a loose hinge in one of the cupboard doors, not really a big deal but when you’re paying good money to stay there you do expect better

My group of 4 had a short but very enjoyable stay. We didn’t spend much time in the room but it was very spacious, modern and comfortable. It was a 1 bed apartment with interconnected studio, each with kitchenette and bathroom. We paid for parking but noted there is free street parking close by on weekends. I will certainly consider this hotel again for future stays in Newcastle

Really nice front desk staff. The lobby is located on the 2nd floor, not the ground. All mod-cons available and plenty of books to read. The room has a fridge, a TV, a stove, a microwave and is big enough that you can move around. The workspace desk is great, and the round dining table is perfect for 2 to sit comfortably. Would definitely stay again. Great price and located right next door to Newcastle Permanent Head Office.
