some staff attitude. my wife and I returned to the hotel at 11.30p and asked one of the staff behind the bar for a glass of water and was told the bar was closed. It was only a glass of water! not impressed with attitude.

I love the design of the QT hotels, they are so much more inviting because they are aesthetically pleasing. The staff are super nice and helpful as well. They are very on top of the service. Parking is super easy, we were able to get parking last minute. The beds were so comfortable too!
