"Overall, my stay was generally fine, and the other sections of the apartment appeared clean and well-maintained. However, I did encounter a very unpleasant issue. When I went to use the washing machine, I found what appeared to be pet waste left inside the inner drum (tyre) of the machine."

"When we first arrived in our room, we couldn't even open the sliding door to see the pool area (glimpses of it) and the flyscreen was ripped. I went downstairs to Reception and let them know about the damaged doors. The lady was polite and put us into another room. However, the glass door was again in need of repair. We couldn't be bothered going back to reception. The spa was out of action as it was getting repaired. We were looking forward to using that amenity. Lastly, we couldn't get to sleep on the Saturday night due to all of the noise by a group of young adults screaming and carrying on. As we had to leave by 4am the next day for a long travel home, we really were struggling to find anything good with our stay. We had stayed there a few times before but this is the last time we are going back. "

"Hard to comment on staff as virtual but access was seamless . Street parking was easy on the weekend Clean, well presented & roomy! If you wanted to cook kitchen was great !"
