“Our room was spacious. Air conditioning worked great. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Location was wonderful for walking to stores, restaurants; especially wonderful that we could park our car for free at the Manor! Parking in town is rough and expensive. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Just a delightful surprise. We’ve been to Newport many times as our daughter lives there, but did not know about the Admiral Sims. The property is so close to everything, including Easton Beach, but is nestled in a neighborhood on a lovely property. The new wraparound porch is beautiful. Our room was lovely, with a fireplace and kitchenette. Everything about this property is really pleasant. The owner greeted us on arrival and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely go back again.”
