Carpet very dirty with food crumbs and lint. Wallpaper pealing. Not there for breakfast. AC and heat worked well. Front desk lovely help.

Newport Harbor Island Resort
Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Comfortable bed. And I was treated to a Happy Birthday bottle of Prosecco and chocolates which was a lovely surprise.
