Room was spotless, check in easy, and the staff was excellent. The only negative was breakfast was not great. No hot foods like bacon, eggs, etc. Also, we had to eat breakfast in our room. no dining area.

The room was very clean, the staff were very friendly. The only minus was the bathroom, only a bowl sink with no area to place anything at all.

The B&B is a perfect setting for staying with your dog. Staff was lovely and helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Location is perfect for walking around downtown.

Atlantic Beach Hotel Newport
Location was great! Close to the beach and only 7 minutes from downtown Newport. Our room was very spacious with a beautiful view of the beach. The only downside I found was that TV could be a little bit bigger but no biggie and when you walk in the building it smells like cigarettes even thought ...
