“I stayed with my child in a twin room, a lovely window seat on looking the sea to the side, tea and coffee with complimentary biscuits. Beds very comfy, warm and clean room with a large shower bathroom with complimentary hand soap, shower gel and body wash. Modern and clean areas, the door to our room was abit awkward to lock but after a few attempts we managed. The bar and restaurant area downstairs is inviting, staff friendly and helpful. Car parking is on the street or plenty car parks...

“Loved our huge Van Gogh decorated bedroom and great en-suite. Lovely and light with huge window. Breakfast, great range of choices. You couldn't leave hungry. Downside was that we were unable to use the TV because of the Sky set-up. Only catered for two users at any one time. However, we weren't there to watch TV. Hosts, Mandy and Dan were very accommodating and welcoming, as were their three dogs. Would definitely recommend.”

“Nicole and Malcolm make Craigmount so special. Book themed bedrooms to reflect Wigtown, and a lovely sitting room to read or eatch TV. Our double bedded room with ensuite overlooked the garden. The room was quite compact, and made more so by our largish suitcases. If you have big bags, perhaps book a family room. All the rooms are accessible via stairs. The pre-ordered breakfast was freshly cooked and wonderful. Dinner options in town or nearby were limited, except to drive, especially mid-week....
