Behavior: Service was consistently excellent—clear communication, fast follow-through, and genuine attentiveness from every team member. Special recognition to Mr. Erik, Ms. Lunary, Dennis, and Leo for their exceptional support. The Club Lounge, pool, gym, golf area, and dining options (notably Tim Ho Wan) were all high quality. Breakfast buffet had great variety and execution. Impact: The hotel delivered a smooth, relaxing, and premium experience from start to finish.
