Very clean. Good amenities with the roof top pool, gym, etc. Breakfast was the best with good selection of continental and Asian food. Fresh tropical fruits. Staff extremely helpful and friendly.

Nice pool facility. Breakfast fruit selection could be better such as mango, guava, ramustan, papaya. Coffee could be much better. They had the regular choice of western and asian breakfast items.

We liked the hotel, the receptionist was great(she upgraded us). Clean and lovely room. Only minus was the breakfast, the food was cold sometimes and not so much meat /boneless meat. And we got charged for drinking the water in mini fridge, i think it was the exact water you get when you arrive??

A bit disappointed

This is quite a new hotel. We had quite a large room with a water view. However, the building is not as soundproof as you would expect. First night quite loud music and could hear a baby crying. The finishing in the rooms was a bit lacking for a hotel claiming it is 5 star. Also,we didn’t like that there was about a 1 inch drop from the bathroom floor to the shower and toilet…could be quite easy to slip or trip going to the toilet at night. The breakfast buffet and the price were good.

The only good thing about this hotel was the room itself - good size and clean. Unpleasant experience with transport organised by hotel. Should have known it was a con when female concierge said to pay the driver instead of hotel. But I thought, it's through the hotel so it should be fine. When the driver arrived I checked the price to which he acknowledged with a mumble and nod. When we arrived at airport he short changed me. When I spoke to same female concierge she said I had I must have misheard the priced. We agreed to meet in the middle BUT driver still short changed me on the compromised priced. Any doubts about me being in the wrong disappeared when he short changed me the second time. Other cons - Hotel located in the middle of the tourist area right across from a bar that likes to play loud live music. Buffet breakfast was average. Had to ask for housekeeping after 2 days of no service despite putting sign up.

I recently stayed at a hotel that had many positive aspects, notably its excellent location. The spacious and bright rooms were a highlight, providing a comfortable and enjoyable environment. The breakfast offered was decent, meeting my expectations for a morning meal. However, there was a significant drawback regarding the service. The staff's proficiency in English was quite poor, which made communication challenging. For instance, when ordering food, I often found myself having to repeat my requests multiple times, leading to frustration. Overall, while the hotel had great amenities and a prime location, the language barrier with the staff detracted from the overall experience. I hope they can improve in this area, as it would greatly enhance the stay for international guests.

4.5+ is the proper rating, so not perfect but really good. The breakfast was great, the room was clean except for one hard to clean spot behind the sink that smelled odd at first. It is in a heavy touristy area and very convenient to the beach. You have to go out a bit before you see any Vietnamese on the streets or eating at restaurants. The facility is nice enough to stay here again but I’d personally like to try staying in a less touristy area next time.
