"Overall stay was excellent very good customer service and clean rooms. However I do think the food quality could improve a lot especially for this price point and being a 5 star resort, also it's feeling it's age in terms of the over all property is in need of an update. "

"Definitely recommend this place for stay with families, or even if you are alone but like peacefulness. It’s away from the main town Nha Trang about 35-45 minutes by car, so if you don’t need shopping, clubs, crowdness this is a place to stay absolutely gorgeous facility! "

"The staff is good but hotel is old, we got stuck in elevator for 20 minutes, the emergency bell & phone inside elevator didn’t work- I had to call my brother come to the reception to let them know, my mom almost pass out, it’s unsafe inside the rooms don’t have shower door."
