Lovely accommodations. Donna and Matt were so helpful. Excellent service. Donna had thought of everything we could need. Would tell anyone that Butler Creek House is the place to stay. The town of Niagara on the Lake was breathtaking with beautiful flowers everywhere.

The owners were very welcoming and the property is comfortable and cozy. Breakfast is offsite but it was at a lovely location with good food and service. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at Butler Creek again.

The property was well appointed and very comfortable. Finding accommodations for 3 people can be challenging but the suite had a separate living room with a day bed which was perfect for us. Matt and Donna-Lea were great hosts.

The breakfast coupon to the Golf Course on Lake Ontario was simply wonderful. The rooms were great and everything we could need was provided by the host and hostess. The parking was super and the location with respect to Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls Ontario and the Château des Charmes winery was great.

Wonderful stay!

Wonderful suite that was perfect for our visit to Niagara on the lake. 2 beautiful rooms. Coffee/tea/water and a mini-fridge. Easy door coded check in. Close to everything. Easy parking.

My room was lovely, and the owners Matt and Donna Lee very pleasant. The breakfast is available a short walk from the house at a restaurant, which was pretty good. My only negative comment is the price seems high ($750 for 2 nights) for just a room and breakfast and no other amenities..but I suppose it is Niagara on the lake and prices are high.

Donna looked after us fantastically well and provided great recommendations for places to walk and visit. Everything that could be provided for comfort and convenience was there, and more beyond (Earl Grey tea bags and fresh milk a great hit for us!) Extremely comfortable with lovely furnishings and jacuzzi bath. Would not hesitate to recommend very highly - best place we have stayed on our trip by far.
