The staff were great and the room was clean. We had a leak under the bathroom sink that maintenance said they fixed however we had a very wet bathroom floor for our entire stay.

Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls
Staff was very helpful and we had no issues during our stay. Room was perfect and the view of the Horseshoe Falls from our room was incredible and exactly as the picture showed.
