"Our first room had coffee grounds on the chair and all over the floor so they gave us a different room. The staff was great but the rooms have gone down hill BIG time. I mentioned how disappointed we were with our room and the woman at the front mentioned they were going to be renovations happening soon. I sure hope so."

"My room smelled like weed, room was dirty, and we tried to cancel our reservation but was denied. So I paid for a room that we couldn’t use. My daughter has a lung disease and the smell was causing her to have difficulty breathing. "

"The sky suite was awesome, from the fireplace to the steam shower I enjoyed my stay unlike any other hotel. Located just a few minutes walk to the falls it is the perfect place to vist Niagara Falls. I even walked from the hotel into Canada across the Rainbow bridge. The bed was excellent and after a long day of sightseeing I slept well. "
