They took 11.50 off my card for a charge of a microwave in the handicapped room they gave us, without telling me….. I’m not handicapped. The air conditioning did not work in the room and it was 90 degrees out. I went to the front desk and they kindly moved us to a proper room. But the new room has no refrigerator, or microwave. I would love a refund!

Property was dirty, one key did not work, when replaced the replacement did not work. Not only was there soap scum on the bathroom sink, it did not look or feel clean. There was a roach. When I asked them to clean the bathroom and bathroom sink are it was not done. Carpet was stained and felt unclean. Bedding did not smell fresh.

This hotel is so gross. We were traveling along the interstate and chose this one, and man did we make a mistake. The comforter and sheets had stains on them. We requested new ones, only to receive more stained linens. No hairdryer, but received on upon asking. Everything felt gross and dirty. The hotel uses the parking area as a dumping ground/storage area. Outside our room was a cart with random junk. Never again.

BEWARE!! I understand that this is a motel and did not have any high expectations just some where to sleep the night. I reserved a total of 3 rooms. I had to change one because it smelled horrible. The microwave had duct tape on handle. The other 2 rooms also smelled bad but not as bad as the other one. There was used soap and washcloth in the room! The sheets had stains and some type of unknown substances. The night I stayed a young man was almost sexually assaulted!!! The person who tried to drag him in the room was right next to mine! Sometime after midnight the same guy tried to open my door. Not sure if he did it accidentally but this was very disturbing. I would never stay here even if it was free. I notified management. They told me after they reaview the video I will get a refund. I had 1 more night to stay and I canceled it but did not get a refund.

Another good stay at this property. The rates are reasonable, I can bring my little dog and she stays for free, and it's very convenient to the casinos. I will be back.
