This hotel has a great location. It is very close to the main train station, tram, main streets and beach in Nice. Everything is in walking distance. However, rooms are tiny, basic and overall just a place to rest. It’s average clean. Front desk not friendly.

A/C worked fabulously and is controlled by you in the unit (HUGE plus for France- we found in other places it was central control). Room was clean but no frills (no safe, no kettle). Staff were helpful and friendly, desk was open 24/7. Elevator worked great which we were thankful for as we were on the 5th floor.

The hotel is very convenient, as it is located close to the train station. However, the sound insulation is poor; I can hear the noise from cars outside and conversations from the room across the hall every night. Additionally, the bed linens and blankets feel quite worn.

Fantastic hotel

Fantastic hotel. Friendly staff and a perfect room. It couldn't have been better. The room had obviously been refurbished recently and had everything i needed, air con, fridge. The bathroom also was perfect with a powerful 2 headed shower. Breakfast was great too

Clean room and nice colour theme. Near station

The room was clean and nice colour scheme bathroom modern and clean. Shower was good. Polite reception. Couldn't work heating/airconditioning but wasn't issue.Near station and and main shopping area.
