Great hotel and in an excellent location for the train station. It is about a 15 - 20 min walk to the Old Town where there are loads of restaurants and bars. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel choosing to use the local boulangeries which had delicious pastries. We had a triple room on the fourth floor (room 401) which overlooked the garden area. Balcony had the sun in the afternoon. Room clean and shower powerful. Beds were comfy as were the pillows. Had a fridge, coffee maker (with pods) and a kettle. Staff were very friendly and let us store our luggage as we arrived a few hours before check in at 3pm.

Great Hotel! We stayed there for one night after our train ride from Paris to Nice Ville. Super walkable from the Nice Ville train station and a very lovely staff. Definitely would recommend, our bathroom was a little small but totally doable for one night.

Comfortable and convenient stay

Had a very enjoyable 4-night stay. I found the staff very friendly and welcoming, the room was comfortable, the breakfast was really great and I found the location really good - short walk to old town and promenade that allowed you explore other parts of nice on the way.
