A good budget stay just outside Nice.

A good budget stay just outside Nice. Room a bit small and a hard bed. Breakfast is Ok. The best was free parking and tram stop close to the hotel.

Near Stade de Nice, easy parking

Great for attending events at Stade de Nice which is just a five minute walk. Easy outdoor parking at the hotel. Room was quiet and comfortable, though dated.

The location is fantastic. Tram station is a 3 minute walk. We used the tram extensively during our four day stay in Nice, so this was very important to us. There is a HUGE Leclere Supermarket that has about all you'd need within a 10 minute walk. Parking was free and effortless. We did not eat breakfast on site, so can't vouch for the restaurant. Would stay here again for sure.

We stayed here for the convenience of the location after attending a match at the Allianz Riviera and before we traveled on the Autoroute. Parking is free in the lot next to the hotel. The rooms are small and basic. A decent value for the price. No hairdryer in the room and our room smelled faintly of cigarette smoke. The breakfast was surprisingly good. Close to the Autoroute, shopping areas and Nice. Staff were efficient.

Nice is a much bigger place than I was expecting and this hotel is a long way from the beach and the old town. Fortunately the public transport system is excellent and the hotel is 5 minutes walk from the tram terminus. We bought a day pass for 7 Euros and were able to get where we needed to go with ease. The staff are friendly and helpful and speak good English for those of us who aren't proficient in French. Our room was comfortable enough with air conditioning which was welcome with temperatures in the mid- to high 30s. Tre breakfast was satisfactory and the restaurant food was fine. They also have on-site parking so we just left our car and used public transport. If you don't mind doing the same, I I would recommend this hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night because of its location rel. close to the port. The hotel had free parking which is a bonus and the staff are very friendly. The reception looks good, but the rooms are really outdated and small. The bathroom is tiny and the airco was covered in dust so we turned it off. The room was above the restaurant and therefore vert noisy. The neighborhood is okay with a tram going to the old village in 45 min. Nice fc and a small shopping center is only 5 min by foot. It’s too bad, the price is really good and with an upgrade of the rooms it would make a great place to stay
