Great little hotel just blocks from the beach. The hotel is pretty minimalist and our room wasn't large, but it was just what we needed. Also, the hotel will provide straw mats to use for the beach since the beaches do not have sand but large pebble rocks. Staff was very friendly too. Would book again. Finally, it is just up the street from a great little pizza window - Pizza Francesco. You won't be disappointed by Francesco's pizza! Order one and eat it at the beach during sunset.

Easy access to beach. A bit of a walk to the active area and even further to the old town. About 10 minutes walk to train station. We were surprised to find that there were no drawers to put our clothes. A large room but few surfaces to use. Our room was on the second floor. Some rooms were accessible by elevator. Folks at the desk were pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is in a great area, just a few blocks from the beach promenade and also the old town. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was nice & clean and perfect for our stay in Nice. I can see why Rick Steves recommends this place.

Perfect Hotel. Its basic but perfect for a weekend break. Location was great! Not far from sea front, shops, restaurants, and tram. Hosts were lovely and helpful. Shop just 1 minute away. Really good pizza place 'dolce momento' im the same road And minutes from the hustle and bustle Id recommend and stay again

Graet little hotel

It is a small hotel with a small lobby but they do it right. Friendly service and it was very clean. They have a nice rooftop area. For the price, it was perfect.
